Today my friend Carol Cassara highlights my new article on one health issue that is rarely mentioned. Have you ever experienced how changes in your health can lead to changes in your relationships?
“How health losses can lead to changes in friendships” by Laura Lee Carter
On friendships changing due to health, that is true. Even with the spouse of an acquaintance developing a condition, such as Parkinson’s, can isolate both spouses. You might also consider writing about differences in financial situation once people are retired. Some of these are more evident on retirement, when one friend can afford to now travel extensively and one has a very limited budget for travel.
